Hi Jim,
We are looking to double the number of new tools for this year, so we plan on keeping you very busy. Because of the hectic nature of business these days, we don’t take the time to thank our key suppliers often enough. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Apple Die, that have helped in providing great customer service, and quality cutting dies. In addition, I’d also like to point out that the primary reason we brought our business to Apple, rather than other die suppliers in our area, was the addition of Paul Klusmeyer to your team. When Wayne’s Steel Rule closed its doors, we seriously considered moving all of our die business to another die supplier in the Chicago area. Once we learned that Paul would be working for Apple, the decision was simple. We feel that having Paul on board is the key to not only great customer service, but consistently superior cutting dies, that work best for our company. Paul has been an integral part of our survival, and growing success, despite the fact that he’s not an actual employee. It can be said, that Paul certainly WORKS for US.

It looks like they were able to get all 6 dies out after all…and they were delivered at 7:30am this morning. Amazing!
I wanted to thank you for your e-mail with the note that only two dies might make it out…it’s much nicer getting a “heads up” rather than finding out by accident when they arrive. I knew getting these 6 dies out in such a short amount of time was going to be a long shot but I had faith in your team that it could be done. If there was absolutely no way they could be made in time Paul would have let me know.
I also wanted to tell you how very happy I am with the service I receive from your company. You have a great group of people working for you that always give 100% to get their customers what they need. I have to tell you that Apple is a joy to work with and is the reason I started using your company and continue to make you my number one die maker. That and the quality of materials you use and competitive pricing but it’s the service and the people that are so very important.
Thank you all for doing the nearly impossible for us and getting 6 dies with 3” rule done and out in record time! I can’t thank you enough! And thank you for the care you give to our “regular” orders as well. Again, it’s the reason you’re my number one die maker!
